My Secret Weapon Jimmy is a hard worker and very persistent. I have a secret weapon in my real estate arsenal.  I purchased an investment  property from Jimmy this year.  I call him my secret weapon because he is constantly in search of properties that appeal to me.  It is important to me to get daily updates of properties that hit the market immediately.  Time is of the essence in this Market and I believe Jimmy was and is good at getting things done.
